What were offering:\ A full-time Premium Billing Specialist position in Oklahoma City with a hybrid work schedule. Salary range \$16.85-\$19.80 per hourdetermined based on experience and internal salary equity. Candidates who complete Spanish certification will receive an increase in hourly pay. What youll do:

• Prepare and maintain premium billing records, researching discrepancies and taking action when needed.
• Prepare, analyze, and process reports, payment plans, worksheets, statements, and various other documents.
• Courteously respond to inquiries and assist others on billing transactions, discrepancies, or changes.
• Initiate or request policy cancellations and/or reinstatements.

Who were looking for:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred but not required.
• 2 years\' business office or accounting experience withHigh School Diploma/GED.
• Experience in the maintenance, analysis and reconciliation of insurance premium billing or underwriting of insurance experience preferred.
• Candidates skilled in data management, adaptability, customer focus, and teamwork.
