Description

We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in the Oil & Gas - Field Services industry, based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, 73143, United States. In this role, you will handle various tasks related to accounts payable, inventory management, and financial auditing.

This role is 100% ON-SITE

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of accounts payable

• Keep meticulous records of customer credit

• Respond to and resolve any customer inquiries in a timely manner

• Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate actions when necessary

• Conduct physical inventory checks routinely

• Utilize Sage MAS 200 system for various accounting tasks

• Manage tasks related to accounts receivable

• Use Excel for data management and analysis

• Participate in financial audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years experience in an Accounts Payable role within the Oil & Gas - Field Services industry

• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) processes and procedures

• Ability to conduct physical inventory checks and manage inventory records

• Experience with Sage MAS 200 software is a must

• Knowledge of and experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) processes

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and financial analysis

• Experience in conducting financial audits and ensuring compliance with financial regulations
