Position Description

To plan, organize, manage and represent group administration and implementation activities for government programs both internally and with TriState and BPO clients.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Manages and evaluates departmental activities to ensure continuous improvement of the government programs and services.
• Oversees the implementation of all new and existing federally funded and related federally regulated group contracts, project plans, and compliance issues.
• Oversees government program reporting function via a matrixed model with compliance and Government Programs reporting teams.
• Oversees all government programs member and provider materials including working with clients to establish a repeatable and scalable member communication operating model.
• Interviews, hires, trains, develops, and evaluates staff in order to ensure accountability for the achievement of departmental goals and objectives.
• Assists in the development and achievement of short and long term departmental strategy, goals, and objectives.
• Develops, recommends, implements, and enforces policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards of operations.
• Acts as a subject matter expert and internal consultant regarding the implementation and ongoing compliance requirements for federally funded and related federally regulated business with current and prospective customers or partner plans, external vendors, other departments, and affiliate locations.
