Dobson Fiber Operations Control Analyst in OKC, Oklahoma

Operations Control Analyst provides assistance to Regional Directors and team to ensure the accuracy and integrity of job reporting and budgeting. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Maintain budgets according to job details Running reports out of Business Central Delta Analysis of AFEs to Actuals to POs Reading Redlines on close out packages and making sure everything is accounted for on the job/PO Maintaining process integrity throughout the whole job cycle Identify and close jobs for completed projects timely Communicates relevant information with peers and leadership allowing them to fulfill their duties Works proactively to identify, investigate, and report irregularities within designated area of responsibility Conducts training and cross training of knowledge and expertise within area of responsibility In the event of employee absence, serves as a backup assistant to ensure proper coverage of necessary responsibilities Communicates with internal and external auditors as necessary Keeps the workstation and surrounding area neat and well organized. Upholds the security and confidentiality of any documentation and electronic data within area of responsibility. QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE: A Bachelor’s degree Four (4) years of accounting and/or finance experience or experience in a related financial field Project accounting experience preferred Strong Excel knowledge and skillset required Ability to deliver an elevated level of interactive customer service Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships Experience with prioritizing effectively and proactively solving problems Ability to be analytical in the Microsoft Suite of Office applications. Ability to possess strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills along with exceptional organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a great deal of accuracy, and achieve goals within or ahead of established time frames PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: No or extremely limited exposure to physical risk. Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment. Visual perception in order to perform activities at distances close to the eyes. Hearing enough to understand and communicate by telephone and in person. Arm-hand dexterity enough to demonstrate and operate keyboards and small office equipment. Requires the ability sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
