Responsibilities:

• Gathering relevant data for the creation of structured reports

• Conducting detailed analysis of the gathered data to draw meaningful insights

• Presenting the analyzed information in a well-structured report format

• Using Microsoft Excel for various data entry tasks and for maintaining organized records

• Assisting with various administrative duties as needed

• Utilizing computer research skills to gather necessary information and data

• Creating synopses of reports for easy understanding and consumption

• Ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of entered data in the system

• Monitoring and updating the customer credit accounts as necessary

• Resolving any customer credit inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Skilled in data entry and computer data entry

• Ability to conduct and analyze computer research

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work

• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.
