The individual will assist customers in the Wildcat Tech store in all capacities from assisting the technology department in a wide variety of tasks: greet customers in a friendly,professional manner; become knowledgeable about the technology sales floor. Assist customers with finding computers and technology related products and answering their questions in a professional and helpful manner; help pull items for orders,sell computers and Wildcat Store merchandise; stock inventory,keep the store clean and orderly. To operating a cash register,assisting customers with purchases and any questions relating to payment plans.
