BANK OF UTAH Treasury Management Specialist II in OGDEN, Utah

Responsible for the setup and support of customers online banking products and all other Treasury Management services and processes. Responsible for processing payments including bill pay, remote deposit, wires, and ACH transactions. Must demonstrate the ability to deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.

Experience/Skills necessary to perform duties:

  • Must have a minimum 2 years of comparable experience.
  • Must have excellent phone customer service skills.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly on phone, email, and online chat.
  • Must be accurate, organized and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Must follow through on assignments and duties to ensure their timely completion.
  • Must be able to ensure established policies and procedures are being followed.
  • Must be proficient in Excel and have a basic knowledge of Word and other general Microsoft systems.

Regular Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming and outgoing wire transfers accurately and timely. Perform wire related research requests as needed.
  • Ability to develop and maintain knowledge of Treasury Management services.
  • Maintain and monitor online banking relationships and all documentation and compliance surrounding these areas, including the electronic storage of all Treasury Management agreements and documents.
  • Review and process online banking originated transactions, including ACH payments, remote deposit checks, bill payments and Zelle payments.
  • Online banking technical and software product specialist for both business and retail customers.
  • Answer inbound online banking and customer service calls.
  • Can work well under pressure with the capability to remain calm and courteous at all times. Especially when handling difficult calls and requests. Must be able to work with a team.
  • Other duties as assigned.
