Sales Manager Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Must have eight to ten years of experience In the Merchant Processing Industry
  • Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Advanced knowledge of sales and sales strategies
  • Thorough understanding of merchant processing products/services, banking operations, and current market trends
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong management and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated new business development and relationship management skills
  • Excellent customer service/relations skills
  • Ability to make critical decisions independently
Additional Responsibilities As Sales Manager:
  • Work with talent acquisition manager to recruit and train
  • Work with the corporate office to create/implement sales systems within the company portal
  • Sales meetings with corporate.
  • Make sales through assigned sales staff to customers and prospects.
  • Create revenue, volume, and market share objectives for a given team and market area.
  • Put in place and achieve sales and marketing strategies for the products/services sold.
  • Establish relationships with bank partners and industry associations.
  • You will train, motivate, and provide daily management to assigned staff.
