Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, lawn aerating, raking, sprinkler system installation, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units.Spring and fall cleanup. Winter groundskeeping duties, including snow plowing, snow removal, spreading salt, and de-icing walks, driveways, parking lots, and other grounds. May drive crew vehicle. No driver's license is required as a condition of employment for the position. If the prospective worker already possesses a standard, noncommercial driver's license they maybe asked to drive a vehicle to job sites, as needed. The vehicle to be driven would have a gross vehicle weight of approximately 8,500 lbs. or less. Fall Clean Up duties include: Trim hedges and remove dead limbs, Seed and improve lawn bald spots, Aerate and over seed, Rake and remove/bag leaves, inspect, trim, and collect leaves from perennials, Remove annual sand edge flowerbeds, plant spring bulbs, Mulch; and irrigation system winterization. Spring Clean Up duties include: Remove debris, fallen branches, Pull weeds and mulch, Rake leaves,Apply seed to bare spots caused by salt and erosion, inspect and reapply grass seed to fall bare spots, Inspect/test irrigation system, and add new plants.

Must be at least 18 years of age. Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Schedule varies, start and end times may vary, overtimevaries. Must be able to perform manual, physical labor outside during all weather conditions (hot, cold, rain, snow, etc.)
