Our Field Collections Representative II will perform gas service disconnection on customer premises, assist with training of newly hired collections representatives, perform analyses and work in the elements to visit customer premises to deliver termination notices. What you will do:

Responsible for processes related to customer credit and collections functions Visits customer premises to deliver termination notices Performs gas service disconnection at customer premises for accounts that have not responded to termination notices Assists with the training of newly hired field collections representatives Will be assigned specialized collections routes which would include but not be limited to, working high dollar collections routes, and potential overnight travel outside of normal work areas Driving a company vehicle on company business 6-8 hours a day Perform duties safety in all types of weather Perform analyses using defined guidelines, processes and procedures to assist in a variety of routine credit and collections activities, including but not limited to monitoring and providing customer contact on exception situations for high dollar delinquency, deposits warning/requests, customer payment arrangements, energy assistance programs, agency pledges, medical authorizations, and disconnections of service due to non-payme Provides analysis and determination of unauthorized use of service (fraud/theft), bills for such service and works with customer to ensure payment is made Collaborates with other Enbridge Gas Utah groups within and outside customer experience

Who you are: You have: 2-3 years of directly related experience along with a High School Diploma/GED and the basic understanding of billing system and processes for various rate schedules in addition to working knowledge of customer account systems Knowledge and understanding of company policies and procedures, including credit policy, energy assistance programs (including state assistance programs and system functions), payment plans, conservation programs, etc. A valid driver's license that will be verified upon hire and can maintain an acceptable driving record while also being able to wear a company uniform and use basic hand tools You can: Read and follow maps/mapping systems while working with smart phone apps and programs Multitask and handle a wide variety of duties and responsibilities while being able to establish and maintain strong working rapport with collaborative partners Undergo random drug and/or alcohol testing with satisfactory results subject to DOT and company requirements depending on specific job duties while also maintaining required Operator Qualifications for a position, after attending company schooling See objects at close range and to see in the distance and to determine the distance and relationship between objects while following company safety practices and policies

You are: An excellent written and verbal communicator (in person and over the phone) with the ability to read and record figures accurately Able to prioritize work and exercise limited amount of discretion in performance of duties and responsibilities while working independently with minimal supervision An analytical problem solver who can learn quickly, apply knowledge and judgment, problem-solve, take action and follow through Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word PowerPoint, Publisher, process-mapping, and database applications

Working Conditions: Work performed in the field 100% of the time being exposed to cold/heat and working around landscaping (tress, bushes, fences, etc.) to access gas meters for shut offs where you'll need to walk 3-7 miles a day in all types of weather conditions while getting in and out of a car up to 100 times a day.
