This is an entry level position which assists students (and their parents),faculty,staff,administrators,and third parties outside the institution with academic records,personal records,financial records,federal financial aid documents,and academic/private scholarships. Each Enrollment Specialist I will be responsible for processing approximately 2,000 F AFSA applications annually,with an average student award of $7,500 for a total annual sum of $15 million dollars. Accuracy is crucial and compliance with federal regulations essential. If errors occur the University is obligated by law to return funds to the Federal government which negatively impacts revenue collection.
