Logitech Sales Engineering Intern (YPP) in Offsite - USA, Oregon

We are looking to hire talented individuals moving into the 2024/25 Academic year enrolled in an undergraduate program as a Jr/Sr. You should available to work full-time during summer break and part-time during the semester. The program duration will be 12 months with the possibility of an extension.

You are inquisitive and hungry to learn, highly organized, with strong communication skills, willing to express your ideas and eager to bring a fresh perspective and passionate about the tech industry.

The Role and Team:

Logitech is looking for a Sales Engineering Intern , you will be working closely with the Solutions Engineering team responsible for supporting sales processes for our Business-to-Business Video Collaboration and personal workspace solutions. This role is suited for someone who is ready to address technical queries, provide product demonstrations, and ensure our solutions meet customer needs effectively. You will work part-time during the school year and full-time during summer break.

  • Work closely with Solutions Engineering team to manage lifecycle of our channel partner and customer accounts

  • Participate in improving processes to streamline the workflows of the channel, sales, and technical teams

  • Serve as a technical point of contact for Logitech's channel partners and customers, ensuring all technical questions are answered with accuracy and clarity

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations that showcase the capabilities of Logitech's video collaboration solutions

  • Partnering very closely with Channel Solutions Engineers to help support our channel partners’ sales teams by providing technical expertise and assistance during the sales process, contributing to sales strategies and execution

  • Assist internal sales teams with establishing demos of our solutions and products

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technological advancements in video collaboration technology

  • Assist in the development and delivery of tailored solutions that address specific customer requirements and challenges

  • Engage in continuous learning about Logitech's product suite and its applications in various business environments

  • Utilize a demo setup within your home office or a Logitech corporate office and ensure it is locked and loaded for demonstrations of products and services

  • Collaborate with other Young Professionals around the world, on projects and best practices.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • Driven self-starter, operating effectively in a fast-paced environment by managing multiple tasks and meeting competing deadlines, while remaining inquisitive, eager to learn, and highly organized.

  • Skilled with the Google and Microsoft Office suite of products, including document editing (MS Word/Google Docs), spreadsheets (MS Excel/Google Sheets), and presentations (MS PowerPoint/Google Slides).

  • Comfortable with communications platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.) and participating in virtual meetings.

  • Passionate about the technology industry and emerging trends.

  • Capable of troubleshooting issues, engaging in critical thinking, and providing effective solutions in challenging situations.

  • Possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying technical information to non-technical audiences, conducting training, and building strong relationships with channel partners and customers.

  • Able to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and customers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Education:

  • Incoming Junior or Senior enrolled in College or University.

This position offers an hourly rate typically between $ 27.00 hourly - $ 50.00 commensurate to the level of degree program in which an applicant is actively enrolled.
