Logitech Channel Account Manager-OSS in Offsite - USA, Florida

We are currently looking for a Channel Account Manager to work with our OSS B2B partners . You will partner with our Sr OSS National Account Manager and your peer group to, define, develop, and drive sales and revenue growth across the entire Logitech product line, focused within the North American (NAM) B2B organization.

Your role is to define clear solutions that meet the needs of your partners, resulting in outcomes that exceed business expectations. You will engage and influence key decision makers within our partner community at various levels in the partner organization up to and including the VP-level and C-Level executives across North America. You will also partner with internal stakeholders including other Channel Account team members, Sales Engineers, Alliances, Direct Engagement, Distribution, Marketing, and Finance functions.

You exceed sales quotas by enhancing and upleveling relationships. You enjoy initiating and building strong relationships with strategic partners.

  • Provide forecasting and business plans for your assigned strategic partners

  • Generate insights relative to market trends and competitive landscape and position the business for growth in both the near and long term. Participate in quarterly business reviews.

  • Educate and assist partner sales teams to achieve sales targets

  • Execute all training and marketing activities as outlined in the annual partner agreements

  • Prepare training decks, and incentive programs. Travel as needed to partner sales offices to attend in-person training events and trade shows

  • Conduct weekly activity management, pipeline, forecast, reviews across all products with the support of leadership

  • Deliver on forecast and quota attainment goals and objectives

  • Collaborate with your partners to streamline operational efficiencies and grow the business

  • Collaborate with channel marketing around MDF on initiatives that will generate new business opportunities, new revenue, and long-term customers

  • Together, with other key sales team members, utilize the CRM Platform Salesforce to suggest and collaborate on current and future opportunities

  • Build and maintain a strong regional network of strategic Logitech Collaboration Platform Partners that complete the customer VC solution (Microsoft/Zoom/Google)

  • Partner with the Logitech Technical Team to support our OSS B2B partners for strategic deployments

  • Work cooperatively with cross-functional departments including CSM, SE, Alliances and HQ product team resources to deliver elite customer experience

  • Build and maintain Qtrly MDF plans. Manage expenses within required budgets. Work with finance team on reconciliations and claims management.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

  • Strong desire to assist with winning deals, RFPs and Standards and even take on tough accounts while delivering quarterly revenue commitment and strong forecast

  • Strong written and verbal communication, stellar storytelling and presentation skills

  • Significant relevant technology channel partner experience

  • Extensive experience partnering and connecting global and enterprise sales teams with partner sales teams

  • Proficient with CRM/Pipeline tools (Salesforce.com)

  • Technically proficient across the enterprise IT landscape including knowledge of Video Collaboration, Unified Communications, Networking/Mobility, and Security

  • Very strong working knowledge of the Logitech alliance partners such as Microsoft, Zoom and Google

  • A track record of leveraging influential channel leadership to drive change, growth, and new business models

  • Previous experience building strategic channel business plans

  • Passion to be on a team with the vision to enhance the culture through the way we communicate, connect and collaborate

This position offers an annual OTE (base + variable) of typically between $ 126,500 and $ 193,000, dependent on location and experience.

In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
