Citigroup Project Senior Analyst - Network Planning Risk & Control in O'Fallon, Missouri

The Project Analyst is a strategic professional who applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of Network Distribution Risk & Controls processes. Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the Branch Network.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identifies, documents, and understands project dependencies.

  • Acts as a point of contact and liaison between department and required business areas for the implementation of activities to ensure accurate communication to clients.

  • Supports positive working relationships with key business and functional partners including branch operations, risk, fraud, control, marketing, customer experience, compliance, and legal.

  • Coordinates project communications to clearly convey key operational changes and influence successful adoption and integration of changes seamlessly.

  • Reviews documentation submitted for the ARCM/MCA program monitoring process and other internal risk assessments.

  • Contribute to implementation of common controls to mitigate risk within Network Distribution and retail bank

  • Coordinates submission of evidence for iCAPS issues and supporting evidence for CAP Milestones.

  • Coordinates and disseminates information of process, policy and procedure changes and ensuring the successful completion of projects managed.

  • Prepares, maintains, and submits clear and concise activity/progress reports.

  • Provides feedback to Project Management Leadership regarding risk issues/business cases raised by specific business units.

  • Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of project management experience

  • Knowledge of project metrics, including gathering, reporting, trend analysis, creation, and metrics.

  • Outstanding problem-solver, Should demonstrate a commitment to quality and attention to detail.

  • Excellent internal relationship management and influencing skills.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Adobe Acrobat Professional.

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or professional qualification.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$81,600.00 - $122,400.00
