Job Description: Under limited supervision, the Warehouse/Inventory Specialist will follow established procedures and guidelines to manage the receipt, handling, storage, and dispatch of goods in a factory or warehouse setting. The role involves receiving incoming goods, checking for damage, verifying discrepancies with invoices, accurately sorting and labeling, optimizing storage space, and handling outgoing shipments. Certification to operate forklifts or other warehouse machinery is required.

Additional Manager Notes:

• The ideal candidate will provide parts support to Cummins Technicians and external customers.

• Duties include ordering and staging parts for technicians, providing quotes and status updates to customers.

• The role involves extended periods of computer use, phone communication, and occasional shipping/receiving tasks.

Schedule:

• Working Days: Monday to Friday

• Working Hours: 7 AM to 6 PM, with occasional on-call responsibilities and expected overtime.

Interview Process:

• Onsite interviews will be conducted lasting 30-60 minutes when the manager is ready.
