JOB REQUIREMENTS: Pricing Manager - R5053 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Manages, coaches, trains and develops team of pricing associates. 2. Promotes cross-functional pricing initiatives as it relates to piece pricing, payment terms, material buyback, and freight. 3. Manages RFP process. 4. Communicates pricing information and recommendations to various audiences including pricing team, product management, and leadership. 5. Responsible for reviewing commercial pricing verbiage for contracts as well as ensuring pricing activities are compliant with supply agreements. 6. Creates and maintains pricing training and onboarding program. 7. Assesses, prioritizes and develops enhancements requests for quoting platform 8. Acts as pricing representative in company Kaizens, Hoshins and continuous improvement projects. 9. Other duties as assigned. Performance Measures and Outcomes 1. Delivers results as it relates to department and company KPIs 2. Displays strong leadership capabilities 3. Ability to make quick decisions with limited information 4. Displays strong knowledge about the industry including competition and market trends. 5. Possesses strong time management skills and ability to prioritize.
