JOB REQUIREMENTS: New Product Development Program Manager - R4504 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: * Responsible for overseeing new product development projects. * Provide feedback and critical action needed to project and champions to keep projects on track. * Lead Engineering Coordinator to support NPD program, processes and systems. * Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects. * Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. * Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. * Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress. * Ensure resource availability and allocation. * Report and escalate to leadership as needed. * Implementation and management of effective risk management process through the project life cycle. Manage project documentation to include project status updates (frequency determined by project) and post-project checks to ensure the quality of deliverables and adherence to guidelines. * Implement and manage lessons learned and best practices. * Ensure safe work practices are followed and safety reviews are conducted as required. * Ensure project team is following and using ORBIS standard project management tools and following standard work procedures for NPD. * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement for NPD processes and documents and implement improvements. * Develop metrics and reporting for key stakeholders of the NPD process * Managing and building relationships and project skills within project team and associated stakeholders. * Responsible for corporate level Project Management training materials, training curriculum and facilitating annual training sessions.
