What you will do: * Perform full-cycle recruiting to support staffing at all levels of Silgan\'s operations, from entry-level roles to technical, skilled trades, and professional. * Identify, engage, attract, and hire talent from various institutions like high schools, technical colleges, universities, military installations, and local communities. * Accountable for sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, pre-employment screenings, and extending and negotiating offers. * Recruit quality active and passive candidates using job boards, sourcing tools, social media, and networking relationships. * Use sourcing techniques to find, engage, and activate diverse, passive candidates to build robust candidate pipelines. * Travel up to 20% of the year to attend hiring events at high schools, community events, colleges and universities, military bases, and facilities. What you will need: * Bachelor\'s degree in human resources management or related field. * SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP certification preferred. * 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry. * 2 + years of experience with sourcing to build robust and diverse talent pipelines. * Possess current knowledge of relevant employment laws and practices, especially recruitment and hiring regulations. * Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) like Workday, iCIMS, Zoho, Bullhorn, etc. * Experience using AI to streamline work, preferred. * Campus and military recruiting experience preferred. * Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, high-demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities. * Intermediate proficiency using Microsoft Office. * Ability to travel up to 20% to represent Silgan at high schools, community events, colleges and universities, military bases, and facilities.
