Description

Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Sr. HR Generalist to join their team. As a Sr. HR Generalist, you'll be responsible for the smooth operation of effective HR procedures. The successful candidate will be involved in a broad spectrum of HR disciplines, including employee relations, recruitment, compliance, performance management, and training & development.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of recruitment, including interviewing, hiring, and orientation processes.

• Guide and advise managers on HR issues, ensuring adherence to HR policies and regulations.

• Assist with development and execution of training & development initiatives.

• Contribute to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems.

• Maintain HR records, ensuring all employment requirements are met.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.

• Extensive experience in Human Resources roles, preferably as an HR Generalist.

• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

• Excellent communication and people management skills.

• SHRM-CP or SPHR certification is a plus.
