SUMMARY:
We are offering a unique opportunity to join our dynamic team of Maintenance Technicians. TheMaintenance Technicianperforms facility maintenance and repairs that may include: plumbing, electrical, lighting, finish carpentry, HVAC preventive maintenance, painting, framing, drywall, landscaping, screening, glass, windows, locks, driving/merchandise pick-ups, and other related duties. To perform this job successfully an individual must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Looking for a motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
Job Requirements:
- 1- 2 years of experience working in Skilled labor.
- High school degree/GED is preferred.
- Ability to pass a Criminal background check.
- Negative marijuana/drug screen is required.
- 2 years of acceptable driving history.
Salary Range:$ 18.00 - 19.00 / Hour
Full time:Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
