As ourHuman Resources Coordinator, you will be part of a team that empowers individuals touched by special needs and an organization that is reshaping the future and exploring endless opportunities as we expand our Campus of Life.

How you will make a difference . . .

Addressing employee requests and questions and directing them to the appropriate HR team member.

  • Provide support for the Front Desk Team

Assist with new-employee background checks and references.

Assist with processing of terminations.

Secures documentation for work related incidents and injuries. Reports claims to the carrier.

Creates DocuSign documents for status changes and rate changes.

Assist with Leaves of Absence

Monitors our various tracking systems for our HR programs.

Assists or prepares correspondence as requested.

Assists with scanning documents for employee files and updating HR system.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

What youll bring. . .

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). Experience in ADP strongly preferred.

Knowledge of federal and state employments laws is essential. HR certification desired

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Associates degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.

At least two years related experience required.

**Salary: $22 - $24/Hour
