Our client in Oceanside is seeking a Dispatcher with customer service experience to manage communication and coordinate logistics. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented, organized multitasker capable of managing multiple high-priority tasks at once.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to calls in a timely manner and coordinate the dispatch of personnel.

• Provide top-tier customer service, addressing customer issues and ensuring effective and long-term problem resolution.

• Maintain system data by entering and backing up data regularly.

• Communicate effectively with customers and the team to ensure that processes run smoothly.

  Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in a dispatching role or in customer service.

• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.

• Working knowledge of dispatch equipment along with strong tech-savvy skills.

• Ability and readiness to work in a high-pressure environment.
