Job Summary and Qualifications

Performs duties directly involved in a variety of technical procedures for the purpose of detecting pathology. Operates the ultrasound equipment and sends images to PACS. Assists in the daily operation of the Radiology Department. Uses sterile technique when necessary and assists the radiologist in all invasive procedures

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

• Vocational School Graduate or Associate's Degree required

• Ultrasonographer, or Registered Vascular Technician (RVT), or Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, or Registered Vascular Specialist
