Robert Half has an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk with an organization that offers a stimulating work environment among a team of experienced, motivated professionals. This position assists in handling all day-to-day needs of the AP/Finance Department. The main responsibilities will include matching and batching code, resolving A/P issues, processing expense reports, updating and reconciling sub-ledger to G/L and processing checks. Your responsibilities

• Process Accounts Payable by matching invoices, purchase orders and receiving reports

• Process scheduled checks, ACH, and wires

• Validate vendor information

• Review AP aging and reconcile vendor account balances to vendor statement

• Analysis of vendor accounts; work with purchasing and vendors to reconcile differences and resolve issues

• E-file invoices and collect/review mail

  Requirements

• Recent and relevant AP experience

• ERP experience

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
