SEI INVESTMENTS COMPANY Specialist I, Collective Investment Trust in Oaks, Pennsylvania

Reference #: SEI1GLOBALR0029409EXTERNALENGLOBAL The Investment Manager Services Division (IMS) at SEI is growing rapidly and is seeking new members on our Collective Trust Admin team. As a Trust Officer, you will be responsible for supporting client relationships, managing projects, and ensuring the successful completion of the administrative servicing requirements for various Collective Investment Trusts.

What you will do:

Act as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert within SEI for various investment manager clients

Assist clients with executing any Collective Investment Trust ("CIT" or "Trust") related projects or initiatives

Establish and lead conference calls with various parties to coordinate the legal establishment, operational setup and launch of a CIT

Facilitate the on-boarding process for new investors in each CIT

Evaluate redemption requests by investors to ensure that withdrawals are in compliance with ERISA, the Trust documents and that the Trust is being managed in the best interest of the remaining investors

Review terms and conditions for certain vendor contracts to ensure compliance with SEI's policies & procedures and industry standards

Develop, write and amend policies and procedures for both internal and external clients

Review new and amended investment advisory agreements and Trust documents for appropriate regulatory language, legal standards and adherence to procedures and policies

Collaborate with external auditors on each Trust's annual audit to ensure accuracy of information and adherence to regulatory and industry standards

Research positive Anti-Money Laundering matches and present findings to the appropriate committees

Gather investment and fund accounting data, prepare and present reports and updates to both Trust Investment Committee and Trust Operations Committee meetings

Gather data and prepare and present new client product developments to Trust New Business Committee for Trust Company approval

Manage or assist with other CIT related projects, as needed

What we need from you:

BS/BA degree in business, finance or related field, or the equivalent in education and work experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Services, Employee Benefits, Investments, or Trust Administration, is preferred

Proficient in MS Office

Knowledge of collective trust funds or other pooled investment vehicles is preferred

Self-starter with outstanding decision making skills

Good oral and written communications skills

Detailed oriented and the ability to work independently or with team members to meet deadlines

Regular and reliable attendance in accordance with position, business and/or client needs.
