Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description

• Responsible for preventative maintenance and making repairs to machinery and equipment.

• Work with external vendors if needed to facilitate machinery and equipment repairs.

• Prepare orders and processes for replacement parts as needed. Train operators in basic machinery and equipment repairs.

• Responsible for basic facility maintenance.

Skills

• 2 years of equipment maintenance and repair experience in a manufacturing environment

• 2 years of Preventative Maintenance

• 2 years of repairs

• 1-2 years of basic Facility Maintenance

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Environment

This is a very clean, temperature controlled production environment. Candidates will wear jeans and closed toe shoes. Schedule: 2nd Shift – Monday-Thursday 2pm-10:18pm, Friday 2pm-11:18pm. Overtime – occasionally scheduled 1 day during weekend (mechanics rotate on weekend), not a lot during the week.
