Our 200,000+ square foot manufacturing operations are centrally located in upstate New York and consist of steel fabrication, hot dip galvanizing services, and sign manufacturing capabilities for both the highway and commercial markets.

We are currently seeking an energetic candidate to fill the role of Plant Foreman in our Steel Plant. Primary Responsibilities for the Steel Plant Foreman include:

Assigns daily schedules and preforms spot quality checks on products for conformance to established policies and procedures.

Reviews daily production rates, quality control, maintenance, and operational reports to determine conformity in meeting established operational goals.

Oversee plant employees. Inventory cycle count of raw and in-process material. Input of daily raw material usage and in-process material. Qualified candidates will possess the following education/experience and skills: Associates degree (A. A.) from two-year College; or 1 + year's related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous manufacturing and welding experience in a union environment is preferred.
