Position Overview:

As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate financial records and supporting day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with bookkeeping, data entry, and familiarity with accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.

  • Maintain and update financial records and databases.

  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.

  • Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end closing processes.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.

  • Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

  • Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.

  • Knowledge of general accounting principles and procedures.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $29.00 per hour
