Amerlux, a pioneer in the lighting industry for over 35 years, is seeking a IT Applications Specialist to join our marketing team . This position works full time in our Oakland, NJ office.

The IT Applications Specialist is responsible for the implementing, maintaining and supporting the all PLM and CPQ applications and providing technical support to all departments at the Oakland, NJ manufacturing facility. This individual will communicate frequently with all employee levels, as well as daily interaction with Production, Customer Support, Sales and Engineering Dept.

Job Responsibilities Include:

PLM/CPQ Master Data Analyst

• Coordinate all master data activity with PLM and CPQ solution including but not limited to Material Master, Vendor Master, Customer Master, Routing, BOM.

• Review existing CPQ data and map to new CPQ application.

• Create and revise internal process and conduct data entry into relevant solution.

• Check and update CPQ data accuracy on regular basis.

  Cincom CPQ Analyst

• Be responsible for implementation and maintenance of CPQ solution.

• Be owner of the CPQ solution and software updates.

• Work with other enterprise solution owner and IT team members on related/integration issues and tasks.

• Troubleshoot issues with models and products in CPQ solution.

• Perform any additional responsibilities that are assigned by management.

  Skills and Experiences:

• BS Degree in Business, or equivalent.

• A Minimum of 5 years of IT Analytics or Applications Support in Manufacturing Environment.

• CPQ, PLM and/or CRM experience helpful.

• Intermediate to Advance Excel.

• Manufacturing experience, in a made-to-order environment.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Maintains strong attention to detail in high-pressure situations.

• Solid understanding of business practices with fundamental understanding of project management methodology.

• Requires excellent computer skills and IT technical support skills.
