ManpowerGroup Maintenance Technician in Oakland, California

Our client, an Affordable Housing Residential Community, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the property management supporting the Property Management. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician III

Location: Oakland, CA

Pay Range: $24.04 - $28.56/hr

What’s the Job?

  • Oversee daily maintenance operations of assigned properties.

  • Maintain, diagnose, and repair building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.

  • Perform custodial duties and ensure a clean and safe environment for residents.

  • Manage work orders and collaborate with the maintenance team to prioritize tasks.

  • Train and support new maintenance team members.

What’s Needed?

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.

  • Prior experience in apartment maintenance or construction is required.

  • Working knowledge of maintenance management software preferred.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
