The Attorney position is a permanent opportunity in the Oakland, California, area.

Your responsibilities in this role

• Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department

• Correspond with clients and the counsel for the opposing side

• Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents

• Analyze and summarize legal documents

  Requirements - Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing

• Demeanor to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling priorities, and adhering to strict deadlines

• Licensed attorney

• Observant, accurate and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Above-average academic credentials and references

• Proficiency in Conduct Investigations

• Arbitration experience preferred

• Employer employment law experience preferred

• California Labor Law experience desired

• Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills
