What Youll Do

  • Be the friendly face that greets visitors and team members, creating a positive first impression for everyone who walks throughthedoors.
  • Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and direct them to the appropriate contacts, ensuring smooth communication flow.
  • Oversee visitor access, maintaining a secure and welcoming environment for all guests.
  • Manage the intake, sorting, and distribution of daily mail and packages, and coordinate shipping logistics with FedEx and UPS.
  • Provide crucial administrative support to various departments, from drafting documents to maintaining inventories with the latest software.
  • Keeptheoffice stocked with essential supplies andthekitchen filled with snacks, taking care of restocking and clean-up as needed.
  • Help coordinate business lunches, from setup to cleanup, making sure everything goes off without a hitch.
  • Keep meeting spaces tidy and organized, ensuring they're always readyfor use.
