One Step Closer, Inc Direct Care Staff in Oakland, California
- Be 18yrs or older
- Able to pass background check - Valid ID
- Be knowledgeable and capable of complying with Title 22 and Title 17 requirements (i.e. Special or Unusual Incident or Abuse Reporting) and all other applicable laws and regulations
- Help participants in all program activities and personal care
- Assist with the maintenance of program sanitation to extent work does not interfere with participant care and supervision
- Implement program rules, ensure clients rights and report any suspected violations of client rights
- Participate in all necessary orientation, in-service and continuing education during the first 18 months of employment and during each 3 years thereafter
