Salary Base Salary: $58,256.71 - $67,455.14/annually The expected compensation range for this position represents a good faith estimate for this position and the specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, experience, and/or FTE. Canvas Health is a non-profit, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) specializing in serving clients who are on Medicaid. Position Summary This position will perform case management functions to assist severely emotionally disturbed children and their families gain access to needed medical, social, educational, vocational, financial and/or other necessary services as they relate to the child's mental health needs. This position acts as a placing agent for Washington County for children needing out of home placement for their mental health. This position is collaborative in nature and requires working closely and being sensitive to relationships with local schools, Social Services, Court Services, private providers, outside resources and internal programs at Canvas Health. Location Hybrid - Washington County/Oakdale Schedule Approximately 40 hours a week. Some flexibility in creating schedule Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in the human services or social work field 2,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of clinical services in the treatment of emotionally disturbed children and/or adolescents. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of local social and human service network.
