Overview

Internship Opportunity: Systems Engineer Associate (SEA)

Role Overview: The Systems Engineer Associate (SEA) plays a crucial role in maintaining and supporting the integrity of our IT infrastructure. This position also provides valuable support to the client experience team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve technical problems and document procedures.

  • Support various IT teams and projects.

  • Provide suggestions for process improvements.

  • Work on problems with oversight and escalate to senior staff when necessary.

  • Assist team with various projects

Projects:

  • Lights on operations and support

  • Create and maintain troubleshooting procedure documentation and videos

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Information Technology or a similar degree from an accredited college/university.

  • Internship is 40 hours per week

  • Requires working in our Oakbrook Terrace office
