Job Title: Material Handler

Location: Oak Harbor, WA

Pay Range: $18.00/hour

About the Role:

Our client in the medical industry is seeking a dedicated Material Handler to join their Shipping and Receiving Department. As a Material Handler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's logistics and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, inspect, and pack parts according to pick tickets, following a one-piece flow process.

• Build 10 packs and perform light kitting based on work orders.

• Identify and report issues during daily management meetings or on the issue shelf.

• Conduct cycle counts at least twice a week.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the finished goods warehouse.

• Sort pick tickets and work orders into individual pitch folders.

• Troubleshoot and resolve shipping issues.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.

• Capability to walk on concrete floors for the entire workday.

• Must not have any vacations or trips planned for the next 3-4 months.

Work hours:

• Work hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
