NEW LEAF INC Night Janitorial Route Driver in OAK HARBOR, Washington

Optional dental & vision -- cost is out of pocket. • 11 Paid holidays • Paid sick leave -- accrues at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked • Up to 2 weeks paid vacation per year after one year of employment • 401k matching after one year of employment, up to 4% • Paid Life insurance: $50,000 after 90 days of employment • Longevity stipend with Board of Directors approval Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00pm-1:30am, totaling 35-40 hours per week. Potential for on-call time and varying hours depending on need, including one hour on one weekend per month. (Rotating basis.) Requirements: • Ability to pass NAS Whidbey Background check at time of hire and for duration of employment. Felonies prohibit base access. • Valid Driver's license • A reliable janitor who services various buildings on NAS Whidbey • Prior janitorial experience preferred but not required. Responsibilities include: • Driving to route worksites. • Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, wiping, sanitizing, bathroom cleaning, trash removal, facility stocking. • Proper use and care of janitorial equipment according to training. • Complete and follow all required operations and safety trainings. Physical Requirements and Essential Functions: • Ability to endure up to 7 hours a day of standing, and walking. • Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. • Must be able to reach, kneel, walk, stand and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time. • Ability to adapt to changing schedules and routines. Must be able to work well with others. • Good time management skills. Must carry out instructions and pay attention to detail. • Maintains professionalism in both appearance and demeanor.
