Aerotek Lead Maintenance Technician in Oak Creek, Wisconsin

Maintenance Technician/Lead:

Pay/Starting Wages:

  • $33.00/hr-$54.00/hr

Bonuses/Additional Info:

  • Relocation Package: up to $15,000

  • Hiring bonus: $5,000 (paid monthly).

  • Eligible for 5% of base for annual incentive bonus.

Hours:

  • 12 hour continental schedules, every second weekend off.

  • AM Continental: (6:00AM-6:00PM)

  • PM Continental: (6:00PM-6:00AM)

Duties & Qualifications:

  • Oversee a production line & mentor 12-15 maintenance technicians in a food manufacturing environment.

  • Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), root cause failure analysis (RCFA), preventative maintenance optimization (PMO), and total productive maintenance (TPM).

  • Minor electrical maintenance and some mechanical and pneumatic issues.

  • Troubleshoot and check inputs/outputs of Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs

  • Implement PM and CM schedules

  • Troubleshoot and repair VFDs, proximity sensors, limit switches, photo-eyes, fuses, relays, actuators, and contactors

  • Rewire and troubleshoot single and three phase motors up to 480v

  • Repair gear boxes, shafts, bearings, valves, cylinders, shafts, chains, etc.

  • Ability to fabricate and make new or repair components using machining or welding

  • Experience operating overhead cranes and forklifts

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00

Performance Bonuses

$5,000 sign on bonus paid out monthly

5% performance annual incentive bonus (based on company performance, department performance, and individual goals)

3 weeks of vacation
