Position: Oracle EPM/HFM Functional Consultant

Location: Remote with occasional travel during training

Job Overview:

Jefferson Wells is seeking an experienced EPM/HFM Administrator to ensure all aspects of financial statements comply with US GAAP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support implementation of Oracle FCC, with a specific focus on transitioning from HFM to FCC

  • Administer HFM financial consolidation applications including standard development, testing, monitoring and security

  • Provide functional expertise in financial consolidation and close processes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment aligned with business requirements.

  • Facilitate training sessions and provide ongoing support to finance and accounting teams during and post-implementation.

  • Assist with the integration of financial data ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

  • Support stakeholders with functional and administrative tasks to ensure seamless adoption of FCC.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or similar field. CPA or MBA preferred

  • 7+ years’ experience administrating Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Oracle Financial Consolidation & Close (FCCS)

  • 2+ years’ experience writing HFM Rules in VBA, FCCSS Business Allocation rules or equivalent

  • 5+ years’ experience writing reports in Finance Reporting Studio

  • Proven experience in HFM to FCC implementation.

  • Strong background in accounting or finance, with an understanding of financial consolidation processes.

  • Functional consulting expertise with Oracle FCC and HFM.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.

  • Experience in acquisitions and financial integrations is a plus.

Additional Information:

  • This is a functional role, with no direct technical responsibilities.

  • Occasional travel will be required during the initial training phase.
