Full Time Home Care Physical Therapist

As a home care Physical Therapist, you'll provide exceptional one-on-one care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education : Bachelor's degree with progressive experience or a Master's degree in Physical Therapy.

  • Licensure : Must be licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in Illinois.

  • Experience : Previous experience in home healthcare or familiarity with conditions of participation is preferred.

  • Additional : Must have a current driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to and from patient sites.
