We are looking for a Spray-in Bedliner Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with spray-in bedliner applications and preferably experience with Graco Reactor tools. This role involves preparing truck beds, applying bedliner materials, and ensuring high-quality finishes.

Key Responsibilities:

Apply Bedliner:

  • Clean, sand, and mask truck beds to prepare for spray-in bedliner.

  • Mix and apply bedliner materials using Graco Reactor tools.

  • Ensure even application and proper thickness of bedliner.

    Maintain Equipment:

  • Operate and maintain Graco Reactor and other spray equipment.

  • Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.

  • Follow safety protocols for equipment use.

    Quality Control:

  • Inspect finished work for quality and consistency.

  • Fix any imperfections in the bedliner application.

  • Keep the work area clean and organized.

    Customer Interaction:

  • Discuss needs and preferences with customers.

  • Provide friendly and professional service to ensure customer satisfaction.

    Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

  • Report any issues with equipment or materials to the supervisor.

    Qualifications:

    Experience:

  • Preferred experience with spray-in bedliner applications.

  • Experience with Graco Reactor tools is a big plus.

    Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and quality.

  • Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.

  • Good communication and customer service skills.

  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.

    Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and move heavy materials and equipment.

  • Comfortable working in various positions, including standing, kneeling, and bending for long periods.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
