In the Global Delivery team, we achieve big strategic goals by incubating productized Solutions and Services with our boldest customers that we can later scale to all the customers who need them.

As the Senior Manager, Global Delivery , you will be part of the Global Delivery team, reporting to the Director, Global Delivery, where you will lead our work delivering enterprise customer success services to our customers. You will manage a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers and Consultants with deep industry and solution expertise who will both deliver value to our customers and develop repeatable solutions that scale. You will improve our customers’ success and Autodesk’s growth through your leadership!

You will oversee the success planning, execution, and achievement of account performance measures. You will maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders and driving a repeatable and predictable customer success business using your leadership, services delivery expertise, and AEC industry solutions knowledge.

You Will:

  • Lead and develop a global team of 10-14 Customer Success Managers, Consultants, and Project Managers (6-8 direct and 4-6 indirect).

  • Achieve account performance metrics, such as software adoption, services revenue, and delivered value measures for our Global Delivery accounts.

  • Ensure customer success plans reflect customer and Global Delivery priorities.

  • Develop the delivery capabilities of our team, setting a high bar for delivery excellence.

  • Lead the communication with Autodesk teams, Partners, and Customers to maximize the value of our services delivery for customers.

  • Travel up to 30% of the time, including international travel.

You Have:

  • An understanding of Customer Success Management and Consulting services delivery, especially in the AECO industry.

  • Influence with and without direct authority over the work of others in matrixed environments on complex global projects.

  • Experience inspiring and mobilizing teams towards a common vision.

  • Experience building relationships and influencing at multiple levels of an organization.

  • Approximately 10 years of services delivery experience.

  • Approximately 5 years of people management experience.

  • Approximately 3 years of professional services experience, including revenue and cost forecasting and management, contract management, and services planning and scoping.

  • A Project Management certification, Agile certification, or equivalent experience.

  • A bachelor’s degree.

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $133,300 and $215,600. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
