We're looking for a Chief Estimator to join our team at our Novi, Michigan headquarters. In this role, you'll work closely with senior management to create detailed cost estimates for various construction projects, including water and wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations, and more.

Your main responsibilities will include estimating costs for civil/site work we self-perform, such as structural concrete, excavation, grading, and demolition. You'll also develop work scopes, gather subcontractor pricing, and help analyze project needs to find cost-effective solutions.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in construction cost estimating, especially in water and wastewater projects
• Proficiency with computer-based estimating tools; experience with HCSS Heavy Bid and Primavera P6 is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
