Job Summary

As the Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential candidates to support our recruiting efforts. The Talent Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for sourcing candidates, utilizing various platforms, and achieving company-standard KPI’s.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Source candidates to set up interviews on behalf of the recruiting team

• Leverage various platforms such as ZoomInfo, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc., to identify and engage potential candidates

• Cold call, message, and use any means necessary to attract and secure candidates for open positions

• Present Cornerstone to candidates, highlighting the benefits and opportunities available

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in a similar role within a recruitment or talent acquisition environment

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proficiency with LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms (ZoomInfo, Indeed, etc.)

• Ability to meet and exceed performance metrics
