FM University Relations Program Consultant in NORWOOD, Massachusetts

  • Work independently in managing the full programming related to university hiring to grow a long-term, sustainable pipeline of college and new hires

  • Build strong relationships with target universities, including HBCUs and HSIs, to differentiate FM as an employer of choice and maximize our programs and events on campus

  • Provide consultative support to enhance/build university recruiting programs and share market findings with the business

  • Contribute innovative ideas for current intern/co-op/entry-level programs and the overall campus recruitment strategy

  • Collaborate with recruiters to manage and drive campus activities related to targeted universities that align with division, or location-specific needs

  • Plan and execute professional development events for interns and co-ops, particularly in the summer, and identify mentorship opportunities year-round

  • Develop, track, and analyze recruitment metrics and research market trends to continuously improve our programs and strategies

  • Partner with Regional HR and Business Leaders to develop global internship framework and support execution

  • 5+ years of experience in University Relations program management, 8 years preferred

  • Experience in developing processes/programs, gaining business buy-in, delivering training, and change management

  • Global experience in Central/South America, EMEA, or APAC is a plus

Schedule & Location:

This is an exempt position with a preferred location in Johnston, RI and secondary location in Norwood, MA. Both locations allows for 1-2 days of remote work each week based on business needs. Core in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday weekly. This role is also offering a robust relocation package to Johnston, RI. Work related travel is required in this role and based on business needs. Applicants should expect travel up to 30% of the time.

The hiring range for this position is $100,400 to $144,300 annually. The final salary offer will vary based on individual education, skills, and experience. The position is eligible to participate in FM's comprehensive Total Rewards program that includes an incentive plan, generous health and well-being programs, a 401(k) and pension plan, career development opportunities, tuition reimbursement, flexible work, time off allowances and much more.
