Lead an Established Program Supporting Adults Living with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities!
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities? Do you have proven experience supervising direct care workers, managing program scheduling and engaging with residents and their families? If so, we’re looking for aRegional Collaborative Living Supports Program Managerto oversee our established residential group home program, spanning six houses located in Norwood, Newton, and Malden.
This role requires the ability to balance MassHealth and private pay support programs to provide the highest quality of care for residents. Successful candidates must be comfortable with family engagement and committed to maintaining a high standard of professionalism. This is a unique opportunity to lead a dedicated team of direct care staff and foster strong relationships with residents and their families who play an integral role in their loved ones’ care.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations across six residential group homes, ensuring compliance with state regulations and above all that residents' needs are met with respect and dignity.
Write and manage program schedules to ensure efficient operations.
Mentor program team, providing ongoing training, coaching, and professional development. Foster a positive and professional work culture, ensuring staff uphold respect and professionalism in their interactions.
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with residents and their families, to support transparency in care, address concerns, and communicate program updates.
Conduct on-site care management visits as required by Group Adult Foster Care (GAFC) regulations.
Provide timely responses to urgent resident needs and collaborate with families when critical issues arise.
Maintain accurate records and ensure full compliance with all program regulations.
Hire and retain compassionate, qualified direct care staff who align with the program’s mission and values.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree (required) and at least 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities.
At least 2 years of supervisory experience overseeing direct care workers.
Experience managing program operations, including scheduling.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills to effectively support staff, residents and their families.
Professionalism and integrity when representing Mainstay and collaborating with staff, residents, and families.
Ability to travel weekly between Newton, Malden, and Norwood (reliable transportation required).
