Lead Clinician - $32.68/Hr

Closing Date: 01/20/2025

FT 40 Hr/wk

Provides clinical insight, professional and clinical consultation to agency programs. Responsibilities include: completing designated intake screenings and assessments for services. Provide supervision to two designated clinicians. Makes appropriate referrals internally and for other community services when needed. Acts as clinical liaison to assure effective coordination of clinical services between Reliance Health programs and area clinical providers, emergency departments, and inpatient providers regarding treatment, advocacy, and admission/discharge planning. Reviews designated clinicians documentation including notes requiring signature. Promotes consultation and assistance in major crisis interventions and recommendations following incident.

Responsibilities

Experience and Education

• LCSW Required
• Masters degree in human services or related field required
• Five years experience in human services required
• Five years supervisory experience preferred
• Bilingual preferred
