Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and document real estate transactions

• Reconcile discrepancies in billing and payments promptly

• Execute accounts payable and receivable operations according to company policies

• Oversee the accuracy of invoicing procedures pertinent to real estate transactions

• Manage general ledger entries and carry out monthly bank reconciliations

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure the timely payment of all invoices and expenses

• Maintain accurate records for audit purposes and compliance with statutory requirements

• Ensure the collection of rent and lease payments according to the designated deadlines

• Deliver financial reporting and analysis for real estate transactions

• Assist in refining financial processes, including budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting

• Establish and maintain effective detail-oriented relationships with property owners, vendors, tenants, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is required

• Prior experience within the real estate industry
