As a Product Owner for Gen AI at FactSet, you'll join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering a consistent and high-quality user experience within the FactSet Mercury conversational thread. In this pivotal role, you'll connect data to surface answers, provide hooks deeper into FactSet, and collaborate with contributing plugin teams to suggest next steps. This position combines hands-on execution with product strategy, demanding robust collaboration and coordination skills with the Mercury teams. You'll also liaise with stakeholders and plugin contributors to ensure we deliver impactful solutions. Additionally, you'll engage directly with clients to understand their workflows and integrate their needs into our products. As Mercury grows, so does this role. You'll be on the front lines of unpacking user workflows to deliver on them more effectively, positioning yourself for growth within our product organization over time.This role sits with the Mercury Product Team and aligns with FactSets Intelligent Platform Program, a top initiative that seeks to evolve our platform experience and business model.Responsibilities:Establish the necessary tasks for Team Beacon to deliver on cross-functional Mercury workflows.Enable the team to execute effectively by adhering to Agile development principles and strategic prioritization.Facilitate a comprehensive understanding of key workflows so the team can develop solutions in full context, driving effective ideation to deliver differentiated experiences within Mercury.Participate in strategic discussions with Mercury teams and stakeholders to guide Mercury's future and ensure alignment with our Intelligent Platform initiative for maximum impact.Collaborate with UX Research and Design teams to advocate for Mercurys needs and integrate design patterns across the platform.Partake in automated testing workstreams to ensure response quality and timely execution in line with Mercury goals and outcomes.Work directly with various business units (banking, corporates, wealth management, PEVC, and buyside) to understand their needs and improve engagement and the quality of Suggested Next Steps.Develop proficiency in demonstrating and pitching Mercury-driven solutions, fostering open and impactful collaboration among Mercury teams.Commit to continuous improvement by measuring success against key outcomes and goals, such as workstation utilization KPIs, and increasing team capacity through strategic planning and clarity.Requirements:BA/BS in Engineering, Economics, Math, Finance, Business Management, or another closely related field.Minimum of 7 years of product management experience, preferably at a finance or enterprise technology company.Explicit experience owning a product with a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.Strong user research capabilities.Excellent technical troubleshooting skills to understand and resolve any technical issues that may arise, as well as the ability to provide support and testing as required to ensure quality and reliability.Experience with Agile methodologies to ensure efficient and effective product development.Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with autonomy.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with teams and collaborate effectively across regions, as well as the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical partners across all levels of the organization.?US applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponso ship, now or at any time in the future.The budgeted salary range for this position in the State of Connecticut and in New York City is $110,000 - $135,000.Whats In It For You:The opportunity to join a growing firm with a proven track record of success for over 40 years, made up of thoughtful, innovative minds that value collaboration and welcome your new ideas to the table.Mentorship and growth opportunities from senior employees.Career progression planning and a focus on career development, complete with dedicated time each month for conference attendance, online learning seminars, and networking.A robust social community dedicated to volunteerism, intramural sports, and team-building events.Business resource groups that align with our DEandI strategy, designed to cultivate an inclusive environment for all.Learn more about our benefits here.Company Overview:FactSet Research Systems Inc. is a global provider of integrated financial information, analytical applications and industry-leading services for the investment and corporate communities.
