Qualifications

As aParking Enforcement Agent, you will have the responsibility of...

  • Patrolling designatedarea on foot, golf cart, or truck to identify vehicles without proper payment or permission
  • Issuing citations (tickets) on vehicles in violation of parking rules
  • Responding promptly to assist customers, process payments, report incidents,and remove boots
  • Conducting lot audits and car counts at designated locations and times
  • Utilizingexcellent time management, report writing, and communication skills with all personnel
  • Monitoring condition of equipment and notify management of malfunctions and repair needs

As aParking Enforcement Agent, you will need...

  • Proficiencywith computers and mobile applications
  • Ability to bend and lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout shifts
  • Flexible availability
  • Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions for the duration of the entire shift
  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
